NJU International Fellowship Initiative Lecture
Speaker:
Dr. Junhong Yang is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Sheffield University Management School. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Lecturer at SOAS University of London. His research expertise spans key areas in finance and economics, including corporate finance, financial technology, climate finance, and financial economics, where he has made significant scholarly contributions. Dr. Yang has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in leading international journals in the fields, such as the Journal of Corporate Finance, the Journal of Banking & Finance, Economic Development and Cultural Change, and the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control. He also serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Climate Finance and the Journal of Digital Economy (Digital Finance Department). In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Yang has served as an External Consultant for the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) and as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Public Finance in Croatia. He was also a recipient of the prestigious Marie Curie Fellowship.
